Ernestas Šimkus
Structural Engineer
I started working in 2019, when I was twenty – it was my first serious job in Lithuania. I began in the welding bay, where I learned the basics. After a year, I was offered the opportunity to try the position of a robot operator. At first, it seemed very complicated, but with the help of my colleagues I quickly got up to speed and even discovered a new area of interest.
Later, the opportunity arose to move into the role of a structural engineer. It was a big step with a lot of learning and challenges, but those challenges are exactly what helped me grow rapidly. The support of colleagues, training, and a willingness to dive deeper allowed me to gain the skills I now use confidently in my work.
What I value most are the people who helped me move forward step by step. And I often remind myself of a phrase that has become a kind of personal rule: “If you’re afraid – don’t do it. If you do it – don’t be afraid.”
Rolandas Zimblys
Welding Bay Supervisor
I joined the company working in the warehouse, but it didn’t take long for people to see that I could do more. Encouragement from a colleague led me to the quality department, and later to the position of welding bay supervisor. Step by step, this became my path – one that today feels like the right place for me.
Over the years, I invested a lot in learning, and the company gave me the opportunity to complete IWS courses as well. There were stages that required patience and strength, but growth always repaid the effort.
Today, I am proud of my work and of being a valued member of the team. The most important lesson I can pass on to others is not to be afraid to speak about your goals and to pursue what truly motivates you.
Artūras Malcevas
Shift Supervisor
I started my career 11 years ago as an assistant worker – it was my first step into manufacturing and into a completely new field. Over time, I gained a deeper understanding of the processes, and when the opportunity came, I moved into the role of welding robot operator. This position required a lot of learning, but it was here that I found strong motivation to deepen my knowledge, improve, and share experience with others.
The experience I gained opened the way to the position of shift supervisor. This became the most important recognition of my professional growth. Through this role, I learned leadership, responsibility, clear communication, and decision-making – skills I can no longer imagine my work without.
To those considering a change, I would encourage trusting your own abilities and not being afraid to take a step forward. Sometimes a single opportunity can change the entire direction of your career. I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given here.
We value not only experience, but also technological curiosity. We welcome both experienced professionals and people who have worked in related fields and are ready to take the next step.
If you did not find a position that suits you in the list, but are still actively looking for similar work, get in touch with us — we may find a solution that works for both sides.
